Some of the documents that we notarize and commission include sworn statements, consent to travel with a child (travel letter), court affidavits, statutory declarations in lieu of a guarantor, and so on. 

Small Claims

Our firm represents clients in Small Claims Court matters involving disputes of up to $35,000. We handle cases such as breach of contract, unpaid invoices, property damage, landlord-tenant disputes (non-LTB matters), and negligence claims. From drafting demand letters and initiating claims to representing clients at settlement conferences and trials, we provide strategic legal solutions to help recover losses efficiently and effectively.

ONTARIO LABOUR RELATIONS

We are dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of labour relations and the appeal process. We provide comprehensive support, including preparing and filing appeals, and representing you before the Ontario Labour Relations Board (OLRB) regarding matters related to an Employment Standards Act (ESA) decision, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) order, and matters under the Labour Relations Act.

WSIB/WSIAT

We are here to provide you with guidance and assistance through complexities of WSIB claims, ensuring that you understand your rights and options. u.s. waiver

Having a criminal record can restrict your ability to travel to the United States. This restriction can adversely affect employment opportunities and other travel plans. We assist clients in applying for their U.S. Waivers for admissibility. Our team will assess eligibility, gather all necessary documentation, help collect essential information, and track the progress of each application.
